Questions
Merchant FAQ
Most pilot merchants are accepting orders the same afternoon they sign up. Stripe Connect onboarding takes 10–15 minutes; AI menu ingestion takes another 5–10 minutes once you upload your menu.
During the pilot, FTCH takes a flat 15% commission on the food subtotal, plus a small platform delivery cut. Stripe’s 2.9% + 30¢ is paid by FTCH, not you.
No. The merchant portal works on any phone, tablet, or laptop. POS integrations are on the roadmap for after the pilot.
One tap on the merchant portal pauses incoming orders. Resume just as easily. Hours and pause states are honored across the customer app in real time.
Customer-initiated refunds are self-serve for 24 hours after delivery. Disputes are handled by FTCH ops with you in the loop — never silently against you.
Order in Jamestown. Or bring FTCH to your town.
We're slow on purpose. One town at a time, until the deliveries feel like a neighbor brought them — because they did.
