Privacy policy

FTCH collects only what we need to run the network — your account, your address, the orders you place, and (if you’re a driver) your live location while you’re online. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it for ad targeting.
Card and payout data is handled by Stripe and is never stored on FTCH servers. Live location data for drivers is retained only as long as the operational need requires.
A full privacy policy — including data-subject rights, retention schedules, and contact information for privacy requests — will replace this placeholder before FTCH exits pilot.
