These are placeholder terms while FTCH’s pilot is live. By using FTCH you agree to behave like a neighbor: treat merchants, drivers, and customers with respect, follow the law, and let us know when something feels wrong.
Final terms — including arbitration, refund eligibility, driver classification, merchant contract, and platform-fee structure — will be published before FTCH leaves pilot. We’ll notify pilot users when those go live.
